You will automatically receive a one-year warranty on your home from Champion Homes. Longer warranties are available to provide you with worry-free living.

Installation

All of our prices include delivery, set-up and installation. Set-up is done by our very own crew, with our own line of equipment to help keep costs down for you. Golden Rule Homes also has a warranty on the set-up.

Site Improvements

You can include blocking or skirting, septic, wells, heat pump or air conditioning into your loan as well.

Financing

We have a long-standing relationship with many reputable lenders and will do our very best to secure the lowest rate possible for a loan on the home of your choice.

Manufactured Housing Parts and Supplies

Golden Rule Homes offers a complete line of parts and supplies to keep your home up to date. We also offer installation and maintenance services that include just about anything that you would like to have done to your new or existing home.
